No. You come as you are. Most of the classes are focused more on nervous system regulation and meeting yourself where you are at.
Yes — every class is truly beginner-friendly.
For Yoga Classes: a yoga mat (we do have extras) and water bottle.
For Sound Experiences: a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, water bottle, and an open mind.
Absolutely. Many people do. Creating connections in the community is encouraged!
My classes are designed to support the nervous system gently. These practices are great tools for mental health support.
Yes — for the Lunar Series and any Pop-Up online classes that are paid for prior to class.
Soft Flow or the Simplicity Session.
Click any time slot available and take 5 minutes to fill out the intake forms. You will only need to fill these out once (unless health information changes). Once complete, click "book appointment", and come back here. The system will save your information.
Your final step is to choose a class.
